納什維爾機場希爾頓安泊套房酒店 (Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport)

This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind. I needed it for my 訂房網站. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours. 

Great breakfasts, nice happy hour. Very quiet rooms. Great experience!

Hotel itself was great. It's the cars that were broken into that was the problem.

We loved the hotel! It was perfect for our family to stay in! Pros: room service was very quick (called for pillows and extra towels), great breakfast (the best we have ever had before at a hotel), the swimming pool was really nice, all the employees that we encountered was great, would def stay here again. Only cons that I can even think of but still wouldn’t keep me from coming back is first, the tvs are very outdated (no smart tvs, strictly cable only setting), and the beds were just a little uncomfortable, you could tell they were spring mattresses. But other than those two things we would definitely come back!

The hotel was beautiful but I had to pay for a Uber because I couldn't get anybody on the phone it keep ringing then it would hang up so I didn't want to pay extra money to get to the hotel when the hotel have a free shuttle

I booked the wro g day!!! I didn't realize it until it was the day of our 訂房網站, Dec. 5th. I was soooooo bummed!!!
